About US

Arizona Childproofers helps families create a safer environment in and around their homes. We conduct In-Home Safety Assessments, sell and properly install quality childproofing products and pool fences. Arizona Childproofers has the only Certified Professional Childproofer in Arizona, who has been childproofing since 2005 and installing pool fences since 2000. We have two Certified Car Seat Technicians on staff and teach safety classes at hospitals, Mom's Groups, Churches, etc. Please consider us your safety resource!

Therin Dastrup

Therin is our financial advisor and provides technical support. He is also a Grandfather of 13 Grandchildren and a jokester.

Nancy Dastrup

Nancy is our General Operations Manager, Field Support and Safety Expert. She is also a Certified Car Seat Technician. Nancy's favorite thing is to be with her family and all her Grandchildren!

Alexandra Dastrup

Alex is our Administrative Assistant. She is happy to answer any questions you have and schedule your appointments. She keeps our Social Media up to date with valuable and relevant safety information. Alex just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and we are all so excited!!

Dustin Dastrup

Dustin is the only Certified Professional Childproofer in Arizona! He has been installing in-home safety products since 2005. He is also an expert pool fence installer and has been installing pool fences his entire working life. Dustin is also a Certified Car Seat Technician and Safety Expert. Dustin is really handy around the house and is great with kids!
